Our Founder, Maria Luisa De Petris, is Head of the Sustainability Leaders Mentoring Programme, an initiative created within the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership Alumni community to connect sustainability professionals, strengthen their networks and generate new opportunities for growth, collaboration and professional development.

The first edition brought together 250 people and created 130 mentor–mentee matches, showing how powerful the right connections can be when they are built around shared expertise, trust and purpose.

For Aurelian Lab, this project reflects a broader vision: helping organisations navigate change at the intersection of AI, sustainability, reputation and stakeholder expectations.

Because the companies that will be stronger tomorrow are the ones that understand today how technology, sustainability and relationships are reshaping competitiveness, leadership and long-term value.
